본 강의는 동아시아의 대표적인 국가, 일본과 중국의 도시 및 지역재생에 대해 이해하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 일본과 중국에 대한 지역지리학적 지식을 학습하고, 개화기 이후 도시가 어떠한 형태로 변모되었는지 이해하며, 4차 산업혁명 및 글로벌 경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위한 미래의 도시 및 지역의 발전 방향은 무엇인지 알아보고자 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
The course is to understand the urban and regional revitalization of Japan and China as representatives countries in East Asia. For this goal, we learn the regional geographic knowledge on Japan and China; also, study the matter as to how urban areas have been transformed since the time of enlightenment. In addition, we look into the future direction of urban and regional development in order to hold a dominant position in the age of the fourth industrial revolution and the global competition.
